A Family Dream, Baked with Love

Hello there, and welcome to Mama Bear’s Bake Shop LLC, where every cookie, loaf, brownie and treat is made right here at home from scratch using simple ingredients and plenty of care. I am also a proud mother of four amazing kids. When I decided to start a micro bakery, all of my kids were on board and very excited to be a part of something so special. As a distraction from normal teenage life, my two eldest boys are not only learning some useful skills in the kitchen, but are enjoying their role in the bakery as well. My youngest, who wants to be a chef one day, and who was only 10 at the time, said he wanted this to be a family business, hence the name he came up with, Mama Bear‘s Bake Shop.

Also, my wonderfully artistic daughter had the idea to draw a polar bear mama, (also my favorite animal) and 4 cubs representing myself and my four kids, which we then converted into our logo. This is her original drawing…

When I’m not working in hospice or caring for my family, baking is my happy place. It’s what keeps me grounded outside of caring for others, and I believe homemade just tastes better. It’s personal, it’s cozy, and it brings people together. So, here we are. What started as a way to make special treats for my own family has turned into a way to share that joy with yours. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, treating a friend or just craving something sweet, I’m here to make sure every bite feels special. We also offer catering, so if you would like to order for a special event, your friends and family, or to treat your employees with something sweet, we have you covered.
